7th Street Improvements
This is a City of Holland & Board of Public Works project to update underground utilities, and repave the roadway.
Construction Limits -
7th Street between Lincoln and River Avenues and Lincoln Avenue between 7th & 8th Street.
Phases -
Phase I: 7th Street between River and College Avenues. 7th Street will be completely closed to traffic during this phase, subject to last 3-4 weeks.
Phase II: 7th Street between College and Columbia Avenues. 7th Street will be completely closed to traffic during this phase which will begin following the completion of Phase I and will also take 3-4 weeks.
Phase III and Beyond: 7th Street between Columbia and Lincoln Avenue and Lincoln Avenue between 7th & 8th Streets. During this portion of the work, partial lane closures will be in effect.
Open House -
Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 8 a.m. in the City View Bistro on the top floor of the City Flats Hotel, 61 E 7th Street. Information will be provided at the meeting regarding the scope of the project, phasing, and detour that will be in place during the various phases.
Postcard notification of this open house were mailed to adjacent property owners June 16th.
