Inspections should be completed before anything gets covered up. Any project that involves drywall or any other wall covering is required to be inspected before the installation of the wall covering.
Foundations also must be inspected before covered up by dirt. Foundations may require additional inspections. Please ask if you are not sure.
A final inspection must be completed for every project after all the work has been completed.
If the project requires plumbing, electrical or mechanical permits, those inspections should be complete prior to the building inspection.
