Principal Residence Exemption Addidavit
Completeion of the affidavit constitutes a claim for a Homeowner's Principal Residence Exemption. Filing this affidavit invalidates any previous Homeowner's Principal Residence Exemption the homeowner may have claimed. This Affidavit must me completed by May 1 and returned to the Assessor's Office.
