The City Clerk's Office handles applications and issuance of business licenses for businesses located within the city limits. The following license application forms can be printed, completed and returned to the Clerk's Office via fax or mail.
Credit Cards: You may now pay for your business licenses by credit card. Simply print off the Credit Card Authorization Form below, complete and submit with your application.
