The City Clerk's Office handles application and issuance of business licenses for many types of businesses located or operating within the Holland City limits. The Clerk's Office also processes various permits, claim forms, and facilities requests. Application forms can be completed, printed and returned to the Clerk's Office via fax, mail or in person.
The forms are organized into two categories: Business Licensing and General Forms & Claim Forms.

Credit Card Payment: You may now pay for your business licenses by credit card. Simply fill in the Credit Card Authorization Form, print it, and submit form with your application. Credit cards may NOT be used for background check fee.
