The City Clerk’s Office provides administrative services for all City departments and serves as the initial contact with those communicating with the City by phone, email, or when entering City Hall.

To serve those residing, working and conducting business in Holland and to support other City departments, the Clerk’s Office staff:

The City Clerk's office will be open this Saturday, August 15, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to receive applications for new passports and take passport photos.

The Holland City Clerk's office accepts applications for new passports for US citizens. Photo services for passport photos is also available in the Clerk's office. No appointment is necessary during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The Clerk's office will also be open the 3rd Saturday of the month from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. to receive passport applications.

Holland City has one remaining election in 2015 - the City General Election on Tuesday, November 3. NO City Primary Election will be held on August 4, since no more than 2 candidates filed for each of the City offices open for the election.

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is a group of laws requiring permission be given to access public records.

Events that require an approved Use of Facilities request include, but are not limited to, parades, walks, runs, assemblies and events in parks.

All Public Hearings will be held during City Council meetings which begin at 7:00 p.m., in Council Chambers, first floor of City Hall, unless otherwise noted.
