The City Clerk’s Office provides administrative services for all City departments and serves as the initial contact with those communicating with the City by phone, email, or when entering City Hall.

To serve those residing, working and conducting business in Holland and to support other City departments, the Clerk’s Office staff:

City Clerk’s Office will be open this Saturday, April 30, 2016, from 10 AM to 2 PM for issuance of absentee voter ballots for the May 3 Special and School Election.

Holland City has 4 elections scheduled for 2016. To be eligible to vote in Holland City, a citizen must be registered at their Holland address at least 30 days prior to the first election in which they want to vote.

The Holland City Clerk's office accepts applications for new passports for US citizens. Photo services for passport photos is also available in the Clerk's office. No appointment is necessary during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The Clerk's office will also be open several Saturdays throughout the year from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. to receive passport applications.
