The city fiscal year runs from July 1 - June 30 and fiscal years begin on the July 1 of the previous calendar year (e.g., Fiscal Year 2013 runs from July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013).
This report is submitted to the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for review.
