City of Holland Neighborhood Advisory Committee

City of Holland Michigan Official Website

In 2010 the City of Holland adopted the Neighborhood Improvement Strategy.  This Strategy serves as an update to the 1995 Housing Goals and Policy Document for the City of Holland, and lays out several dozen recommendations on how to make all neighborhoods in the City of Holland, Neighborhoods of Choice.

To assist in the implementation of this Strategy, City Council appointed a new advisory committee to oversee the implementation of the Strategy.  The committee is comprised of the following residents:

  • Jenna TerHorst - Community At Large Representative
  • Linda Jacobs - Community At Large Representative
  • Brian Wolthuis - Community At Large Representative
  • Roberto Jara - Community At Large Representative
  • Marvin Martin - Community At Large Representative
  • David DeBlock - Ourstreet Representative
  • Amy Alderink - Community At Large Representative
  • One Vacancy - Zoning Board of Appeals Representative
  • Jay Peters - City Council Representative
