The City of Holland is requesting bids to demolish two City-owned structures: the former "Ferris Building" at 339 East 16th Street and a former restroom facility at 325 Fairbanks, approximately 800 feet to the north of the Ferris Building. Bids will be accepted beginning November 23, 2011 through December 16, 2011. Bids must be recieved on or before December 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked, "City of Holland Demolition of Ferris Building Bid". Bids will be accepted at the Community and Neibhorhood Services Office, City Hall, 270 S. River Avenue, 3rd Floor, Holland, MI 49423.
