Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals is the only body empowered to grant variances from code or ordinance requirements. The board meets monthly on the fourth Thursday of the month, except for November and December at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall. Please call the Zoning Department, Community & Neighborhood Services at 616.355.1330 to confirm meeting.

All applications are due 17 days before the meeting date.
NOTE: Conditional Use Applications are due 30 days before meeting date.
