Housing Board of Appeals Application
The Housing Board of Appeals is the only body empowered to grant variances from the Housing-Property Maintenance Code.
The board meets on the first Tuesday of each month.
Applications are due 10 days before the meeting date.
There is a $50 - $100 application fee for each proeprty.
