International Relations Commission Festival: Celebrating Our Multicultural Connections
This is a FREE family event with a full entertainment line up, various ethnic food booths, children's activities, and outdoor movie! The event began in the South Shore Village Business District and for its third year, the planning committee held this event at Kollen Park on beautiful Lake Macatawa and added an outdoor movie hosted by the Holland Youth Advisory Council at dusk!

International Relations Commission Festival: Celebrating Our Multicultural Connections
This is a FREE family event with a full entertainment line up, various ethnic food booths, children's activities, and outdoor movie! The event began in the South Shore Village Business District and for its third year, the planning committee held this event at Kollen Park on beautiful Lake Macatawa and added an outdoor movie at dusk!  Many thanks to Haworth Inc, City of Holland International Relations Commission, and Interfaith Congregation for their financial contibutions that make the 2011 festival possible.

The Karate Kid was shown at dusk in the bandshell, hosted by the Holland Youth Advisory Council and made possible by generous donations from Robert DeNooyer Chevrolet and McDonald’s/Milagro Six, Inc. Movie goers brought their chair or blanket to sit on. Concessions were available to help raise funds for future outdoor summer movies.

3:00 p.m. “Maciek’s Magic Show” 
 

• CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES: 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Balloon Artist, Face Painting, Children's Storytelling, Crafts, Holland Fire Department Fire Prevention Trailer, and More!
• ENJOY DELICIOUS FOOD - TACOS, SALSA, HORCHATA, BBQ SOUL FOOD & SIDES, EGGROLLS, CRABCHEESE RANGOON & FRIED NOODLES FROM: Margarita's Mexican Restaurant, Daddio's and Laos CRC! The IRC will be selling soda and bottled water.
• HANDMADE CRAFTS: Piñatas, purses, baby clothes, framework, jewelry, and more from Las Comadritas of the Lakeshore Latino Outreach Center

• DUSK: FREE Outdoor Movie in the Bandshell - Bring a chair or blanket to sit on. Concession snacks will be for sale.
