This facilitated dialogue explores ways to meet the needs of a more diverse workforce, client base, and community by engaging in a series of exercises and ensuing discussions involving the identification of bias and the impact of thinking styles. Questions explored include:
How can we capitalize on “teachable moments”?
- How do we leverage cultural differences for innovation?
- Are we cognizant of our own biases?
- What is trust?
