City of Holland Calls Local Entertainers, Volunteers and Organizations to Participate in the Sixth Annual Holland IRC Multicultural Festival
HOLLAND, MICH.— Are you a local musician, dancer, drummer, or performer who loves to entertain a crowd? If so, do we have an opportunity for you.
The International Relations Commission of the City of Holland is seeking entertainers, volunteers, food vendors and other participants for its Sixth Annual Holland IRC Multicultural Festival “Celebrating Our Multicultural Connections,” to take place June 7th, 2014, 3 to 8 p.m. at Kollen Park.
This is a family-friendly event that, against the backdrop of Lake Macatawa, offers a variety of multicultural entertainment, food, crafts, information booths, and children’s activities.
The event is free and open to the public.
Applications to participate in the event can be downloaded from the event’s website, HollandIRCfestival.com. Participation categories include:
- Ethnic Food Booth
- Cultural Craft Booth/Display
- Children’s Activity Booth (story time, arts & crafts, face painting, balloon artist)
- Information Booth
- Entertainment (Cultural Music/Dance/Theatre/Song)
Participants will be selected in early April and notified of acceptance by the festival planning committee. If you are able to help distribute or post event flyers or need more information, please email the International Relations Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
