Permits & Construction Inspections
All construction permits, and inspections including plumbing, electrical and mechanical are handled by Community & Neighborhood Services. When requesting an inspection, be sure to allow at least 24 hr. advance notice.

Please provide permit #, complete job address, name of contractor and person requesting the inspection, contact phone number and type of inspection and date of inspection.
Scheduling note:
From time to time the inspector will not be available due to vacation, sick time, code conference attendance, city meetings, court appearances or other duties: Bldg/ Plbg/ Mech. Inspections will be scheduled between 9:30am - 4:30pm.
The Electrical Inspector works on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
