The new Draft Master Plan for the City of Holland will be unveiled at a public open house on Thursday, June 2 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of Holland City Hall, 270 S. River Avenue.

The City of Holland is currently updating their Master Plan.  This Master Plan sets forth the vision to which the City of Holland shall grow and develop.

The Board of Appeals  is the only body empowered to grant variances from code or ordinance requirements. The board meets monthly on the fourth Thursday of the month, except for November and December at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, City Hall.  Please call the Zoning Department, Community & Neighborhood Services at  616.355.1330 to confirm meeting.
