• 24 hour on-call detective
• Criminal Sexual Contact Investigative Team
• Full-time Polygraph Examiner
• Freedom of Information report review
• Juvenile referral responsibilities
• Adult and Child Protective Services referral investigations
• Registered Sex Offender location / tracking/ investigations (there are158 Registered Sex Offenders in the City)
• Background Investigations
• Specific investigative training
• Assist other jurisdictions with criminal investigations linked to Holland
• Liquor Licensing requests and violations
• Precious metal licensing and monitoring
• Surveillance and covert camera installation / monitoring / recording
