The official budgeting process for fiscal year (FY) 2015 began in January 2014 when the City Council held the annual "Coffee with Council," followed by its annual retreat in February 2014. From the input and outcomes of those public events, the City's Leadership Team, led by City Manager Ryan Cotton, meet to discuss budgeting scenarios and suggestions. On April 16, 2014, City Manager Cotton will be presenting a proposed budget to the City Council for its review and discussion.
As in years past, the City Council will meet on April 16th, 17th
and possibly April 21st to discuss the FY 2015 budget and the City Manager's proposed budget.
