The City of Holland will receive sealed bids from prospective bidders to do furnish, deliver, and install Technology Upgrades to the City Hall Council Chambers.
The bids will be received at the FINANCE OFFICE IN THE CITY HALL BUILDING, 270 S. RIVER AVENUE, HOLLAND, MICHIGAN 49423 UNTIL 11:00 AM, WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2013 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. You are invited, but not required, to attend said bid opening.
A meeting for potential bidders has been scheduled for 10am on Friday, September 27, 2013 in the City Council Chambers located at 270 S. River Avenue, Holland, MI at which time the bidders will be able to view the existing equipment and facilities to be upgraded. Questions will be answered at that time which will be beneficial in preparing bids. It is strongly recommended (but not required) that potential bidders attend that meeting.
Bids must be on the "BID FORM" provided and be submitted in a sealed envelope that is plainly marked "TECHNOLOGY UPGRADES TO COUNCIL CHAMBERS”.
