TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDER
Order No. 2014-T-00036 Effective Date August 22, 2014
(when official traffic control signs or devices conforming to this order are erected.) In accordance with Section 18-16 of the Holland City Code, the following traffic regulations are issued:
On Friday, August 22, 2014, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Columbia Ave. will be closed between 9th & 10th Streets for Hope College loading and unloading. Also, the southern most eastbound lane of 9th St. will be closed between College & Columbia Ave. All Intersections must remain open. Traffic on 10th St between Columbia and College will be westbound only that day. Traffic on 13th Street between Columbia and College will be eastbound only that day. Additionally, NO PARKING will be permitted in the following locations –
Columbia Ave. between 9th and 10th Streets
10th Street from College to Columbia Avenues
13th Street from 109 E. 13th to Columbia Avenue
Hours for NO PARKING are from 5:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Aug. 22, 2014. Hope College requests No Parking wood stakes will be placed by HPD personnel. Hope College Campus Safety will staple cardboard signs on stakes early in the morning and have a person assisting with traffic at each intersection. Cardboard signs provided by HPD and delivered when other signs are dropped off.
The Street Dept will drop off barricades to be set up and removed by Hope College Campus Safety Dept. Class 3 Street Closed Signs on S/B Columbia at 9th and on N/B Columbia at 10th.

Holland Police Reserve Officers will assist Hope College Campus Safety Department with traffic control at the corner of 10th Street and Columbia Avenue.
