Fill out the Tulip Time Transient Merchant application (PDF), print and sign it, and return it with payment to the Holland City Clerk's office.
Licenses are valid for up to 12 days of vending. The earliest date to sell is the Wednesday at the start of the Festival and the last day for sales is the last Sunday of the Festival.
The cost is $50 per day, and includes the event merchant fee and daily refuse disposal. Full payment must be submitted with application.
Merchants selling on private property must submit written permission from the property owner with their application. Merchants selling food items must also contact the Ottawa County Health Department at 616-393-5645 for a food service permit.
