Board of Appeals


The Board of Appeals is the only body empowered to grant variances from code or ordinance requirements. The Board of Appeals consists of 4 different subsections:

  • Accommodations for Persons with Disabilities
  • Construction Board of Appeals
  • Housing Board of Appeals
  • Zoning Board of Appeals

All applications are due 21 days before the meeting date. There is a $75 - $200 application fee for each property. NOTE: Conditional Use Applications are due 30 days before meeting date.

  • 4th Thursday of every month (except November and December)
