To help everyone better understand the layers of the proposed UDO, the City of Holland has recorded five videos summarizing key topics. These videos cover what the UDO is, how to use it, the proposed ins and outs of Zone Districts, the Form Based Code, specific development requirements, and changes regarding what you can do on your property.
The next UDO Study Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 22 from 3 - 5 p.m. These meetings are currently being held remotely on Zoom. Check the calendar for agenda and call information, or call the Community & Neighborhood Services Department at 616-355-1330 for meeting details.
