The City of Holland is creating a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), which will shape the way we live, work, and play in our beautiful community. We are working hard to make sure it reflects the vision of all Holland residents and stakeholders, and we want to hear from you.
Please visit the updated UDO website at www.hollandudo.com to see a comparison of existing versus proposed zoning standards, to learn more about the proposed changes, and to provide feedback and comment. We are hoping to collect as much feedback as possible by September 4, 2020.
Planning Commission and City Council public hearings on the adoption of the UDO will be held later this year.
The next UDO Study Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 25 from 3 - 5 p.m. These meetings are currently being held remotely on Zoom. Check the calendar for agenda and call information, or call the Community & Neighborhood Services Department at 616-355-1330 for meeting details.
Linked here is the most recent UDO DRAFT, which Commissioners and Staff are currently reviewing.
Study meetings are generally held the fourth Tuesday of each month from 3 - 5 p.m.
