TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDER
Order No. 2022-T-000015 Effective Date May 23-27, 2022
(when official traffic control signs or devices conforming to this order are erected.)
In accordance with Section 18-16 of the Holland City Code, the following traffic regulations are issued:
Beginning Monday, May 23, 2022, 6th Street will be completely closed to through traffic between Central & River Avenues. At that time Dirtech, LLC will be opening cutting the roadway to perform underground utility work for the new construction at 159 S River. This work is expected to be completed, and the road reopened to traffic, no later than Friday, May 27, 2022, at 7 p.m.
This road closure shouldn’t greatly affect the general public. It may inconvenience nearby residents, including those at Freedom Village, who will have to take an alternate route.
Special Instructions –
The Contractor (Dirtech, LLC) will setup and maintain all barricades, signs and warning devices as deemed necessary to assure public safety. Contractor must follow guidelines for road closures or lane closures as set forth in the Michigan Manual of Uniform Traffic Devices
