TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDER
Order No. 2022-T-000039 Effective Date October 27th, 2022
(when official traffic control signs or devices conforming to this order are erected.)
In accordance with Section 18-16 of the Holland City Code, the following traffic regulations are issued:
Beginning Thursday October 27th, 2022 between 9:30am – 11:30am, the intersection of Lincoln Ave. and US 31 will be closed to thru traffic.
Road closures are needed as MDOT will be in Holland repaving the intersection. Work is expected to be complete in by 11:30am. These dates and times are weather dependent and subject to change.
These closures will cause significant travel delays as all motorists will be required to follow the posted detour routes. While the Lincoln Ave. intersection is closed, the Central Ave. & US 31 intersection will be reopened. Motorists should plan their travel routes accordingly and try to avoid the intersection.
Special Instructions –
The Contractor (MDOT) will setup and maintain all barricades, signs and warning devices as deemed necessary to assure public safety. Contractor must follow guidelines for road closures or lane closures as set forth in the Michigan Manual of Uniform Traffic Devices.
