TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL ORDER
Order No. 2020-T-000024 Effective Date November 7, 2020
(when official traffic control signs or devices conforming to this order are erected.)
In accordance with Section 18-16 of the Holland City Code, the following traffic regulations are issued:
Effective on Saturday, November 7, 2020, West 24th Street will be closed to all through traffic between VanRaalte and Ottawa Avenues. Road closure will be in effect from 8:00 am until 7:00 pm as a contractor for Benteler Aluminum Systems parks a crane, and other equipment, in the roadway to perform installations at their facility.
Residents will be able to access their properties from VanRaalte or Ottawa Avenue. Although no through traffic is allowed, work being done on a Saturday should not cause issues for motorists in the area.
Special Instructions –
The Contractor (Gelock Transfer Lines) will setup and maintain all barricades, signs and warning devices as deemed necessary to assure public safety. Contractor must follow guidelines for road closures or lane closures as set forth in the Michigan Manual of Uniform Traffic Devices.
