Public Outreach Workshop for 795 E 24th Street

The City of Holland is requesting to rezone the west 99 feet of 795 E 24th Street. This property has already been approved as part of the Magnus Capital Partners development at 717 E 24th Street. Unfortunately, after adoption of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) the City of Holland identified the property on the official zoning map as Greenfield Mixed Use (GMU) instead of Planned Unit Development (PUD). The City of Holland is now requesting this rezoning to correct the zoning map. This public workshop meeting is in addition to the required public hearing with the Planning Commission on January 11, 2022.
