The Holland Police are providing notification that the expansion project at LG Energy Solutions in Holland, located off 146th Ave just east of Waverly Rd., will be utilizing helicopters to lift equipment as part of the construction project September 2-4. Trained pilots will fly the helicopters from the West Michigan Regional Airport to the construction site, land, lifting equipment, from the construction site. Work is slated to begin 30 minutes after daylight and continue for 8 to 10 hours each day. All permits have been obtained by the company. Notification is being made so the public, particularly those residing near to site, are aware of the planned activity.
