[ARCHIVED] Seeking assistance in locating a missing person

The missing person, Richard Bos, has been located in Eaton County.  He is ok and his family has been notified.

The Holland Police are seeking the publics assistance in locating an endangered missing subject.

Richard Frank Boss, 83 years old, was last seen by family yesterday evening. It is believed he left the house in the middle of the night. 

Mr. Boss has Alzheimer's and is a diabetic who struggles walking. He was last known to be wearing a yellow shirt with “Ludington” on it, olive green shorts and always wears a baseball hat. 

He is believed to be driving a silver/grey 2006 VW Touareg with Michigan license plate DPP971. We received information that this vehicle was seen in Wyoming City around 5:00 a.m. this morning.  He is known to love McDonalds coffee.    

The Holland Department of Public Safety is requesting assistance from public in locating Mr. Boss.  Anyone who has information about the location of Mr. Boss is urged to contact the Holland Department of Public Safety at (616) 355-1100, detectives at 355-1150 or the Ottawa County Central Dispatch center at 1-800-249-0911.
