This morning shortly 2:30 a.m. officers of the Holland Department of Public Safety responded to the area of 19th St. and Maple Ave. for reports of shots fired in the area. Officers located residents of a home in the 100 block of W 19th St. who reported their house had been shot at.
Residents had been in the home at the time of the incident and had witnessed two subjects running from the area immediately after the shots were fired. The subjects could only be described as “medium built” males wearing dark clothing.
No one was injured in the incident, which remains under investigation.
