Project Overview
The PSD is seeking a qualified firm with a proven track record of creating successful marketing and website campaigns to design a logos and brand standards for Downtown Holland and the Holland Farmers Market and to design, develop, and host a new website for each organization. The logo, branding, and web design should reflect the following:
- The vibrant and unique atmosphere of our shopping, dining, and special events destinations.
- The progressive nature and growth of our district as we expand towards the waterfront, while honoring the rich history of Downtown Holland and the Holland Farmers Market.
- Our desire to create a dynamic culture that reflects the diversity of our community and our ongoing strategic efforts to ensure that all members of our community and all visitors to the area feel welcome here.
- Our role in the City of Holland as an organization, proximity to Hope College, and community partnerships with the Holland Area Convention and Visitors Bureau and Tulip Time.

Qualified firms are encouraged to send an email to upon receipt of the RFP to indicate their intent to submit a proposal. Questions regarding this RFP must be made in writing to Marketing Coordinator Kara de Alvare at according to the above timelines. Questions and answers will be collected and sent to all vendors who have emailed indicating their intent to submit a proposal via email and posted on the following website: www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/cityofholland. Phone calls and other solicitation will not be accepted.
