The Human Relations Commission will host a free seminar on Tenant and Landlord Rights on Thursday, April 8, 2021 from 7-8:30 via Zoom. Representatives from the 58th District Court, Fair Housing of West Michigan, and Mediation Services will discuss leases, security deposits, repairs, evictions, subsidized housing, housing discrimination and other matters pertinent to renters and property owners.
