Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests

The City Clerk serves as the Freedom of Information Act Coordinator for the City of Holland. A FOIA Request must be a written request. A FOIA Request form is available. Submit the request to the Clerk's office in any of these ways:

  • Hand-deliver to the Clerk's office
  • Mail to:

  • Email to HCCityFOIA@cityofholland.com. Include "FOIA Request" in the subject line.
  • FOIA requests concerning records believed to be within the possession of the         Police Operations Division should be sent to: HCPOLICEFOIA@cityofholland.com

Processing Time

FOIA requests may take up to five business days to process, and an extension of ten (10) additional business days may be needed, depending on information requested.
