Neighborhood Mini-Grant Program

The purpose of the City of Holland Neighborhood Mini-Grant Program is to encourage and support neighborhood initiatives that accomplish one or more of the following:

  • Foster neighborhood pride and sense of belonging
  • Improve the quality of life for residentsNeighbors working together
  • Increase neighborhood capacity, opportunity, and leadership
  • Develop stronger relationships among neighbors and neighborhood groups
  • Build capacity for long-term change by neighbors working together

Eligible grantees include non-profit organizations such as neighborhood-based community groups and faith-based groups located or operating within the City of Holland. Groups of neighbors who wish to apply must find a host organization willing to sponsor the project and act as the project fiduciary. Grants are available for up to $1,500.

In order to be considered, please complete and submit the application below. Applications will be accepted at any time throughout the year. 

Grant funds are limited and may not be available if all funds have been expended.
